The people behind the company.... Conrad Banks, RPh and Ed Hewitt, RPh, the company owners are both pharmacists who have worked together as a team in this community for the past 30 years. They bring together 60 plus years of retail, home infusion, hospital pharmacy, hospital pharmacy administrative and clinical experience. Conrad and Ed pride themselves on the excellence in patient care Responsive Solutions provides. Personal touch combined with professional service is an important part of their patient care process. They practice Pharmaceutical Care in their daily patient contacts and personal pharmacist in-home visits. Conrad is a graduate of the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. He has practiced pharmacy in retail, hospital, and home infusion. He has a strong emphasis in clinical pharmacy, pain control, computers, and information systems. Conrad also has a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Ed graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Pharmacy. Ed also completed a Residency in Hospital Pharmacy from Harris Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Ed's emphasis has been in clinical pharmacy, nutritional support, and administrative pharmacy. Ed has a degree in Chemistry and taught high school prior to becoming a pharmacist. Conrad and Ed have a very friendly and courteous staff who support and carry the same concepts of the personal touch with professional service to the patients of Responsive Solutions.
